Art Jewelry Elements Component of the Month

I was super lucky to get chosen to participate in this month's Art Jewelry Elements component of the month.  We each got a pair of beaded beads by Sue Kennedy.  I LOVED the colors of my beaded beads.  LOVED.  I fussed around for a bit because I didn't want to cover any part of the beaded beads, and I definitely wanted to accentuate the colors.  I pawed through a couple random stashes and looked over my collection and then - aha! Some large, orange, vintage Czech glass that I have had for a while caught my eye.  They are the perfect orange.  I wired them together in a style I used recently with some lamp work disk beads (see here) and it works.

    Thanks for playing along with this month! I love your color combination, and those flowers are always one of my favorite vintage shapes to come across. It's nice to see them used in such a way, and they make a spectacular backdrop for Sue's lovely creations too!

    The vintage flowers in the back are the perfect "frame" to set off Sue's pretty beaded beads. Love these earrings!
