I got great news today - I won 3rd place in the "wearable art" category in the Art with a Heart challenge put together by Lina at Beads-N-Blessings!
You can see all the results here. Lina's Art with a Heart challenges are a chance to get a stash of interesting beads, create something cool, and in the process, give back! In her words, "Art with Heart is a beading for charity competition where 10% of the proceeds of all kits sold will go to various charities including The American Heart Association, Make A Wish Foundation, National Breast Cancer Foundation, St. Jude’s Research and the American Diabetes Association." Awesome! Her next challenge will be in October, so keep a watch out for her on her blog.
