Sally wants us to banish cabin fever this week by showing pops of color. My totally awesome husband supplied this weeks subject. These were waiting for me when I got home from work Friday. He knows I have had a really busy couple of days at work which will culminate in a completed project (thank goodness) Tuesday. Phew! It's a blue sky sunny day here in Virginia - at 40 degrees it can't quite qualify for "spring" but the birds are out singing like it is. Sure erases a lot of (pointless) work stress.
Color + Sunshine + Saturday = awesome
Bonus photo - this art project popped out of Michael's backpack this morning.
"Michael, this looks cool, what is it?"
"Oh, it's my bacon gun."
"Bacon gun?"
"Yes, it's a dude in a mine cart with a pig on its lap holding bacon guns, but we'll tell the pig it's turkey bacon, 'cause, you know."
Indeed.
