The wonderful Sally over at The Studio Sublime threw down a Colors of Spring Challenge - a blog hop with a unique twist.  She made enamel covered ceramic beads in the Pantone spring color palette that we could purchase and then play with.  Mine are starfish and cockatoo - didn't Sally do a wonderful job with the enameling?

I thought I would make some of my own beads and head pins to add to the project...the as yet unnamed, unmade, undesigned project...but I am sure sometime late on March 30th it will come together.

Have you ever heard the saying, "If you wait until the last minute, it will only take a minute to do"?  So practicing that.  Come on back on the 31st and see if I got it together :-)

  1. Ooo Elisabeth those are very pretty beads you created to go with your enameled beads. I'm looking forward to seeing what you and everyone else in the challenge has made. See you Saturday.

  4. The beads are looking good Elisabeth! I really like the design on the striped ones. My saying for a long time now has been " If it wasn't for the last minute I'd get nothing done at all" I'm thinking maybe procrastination is a right brain thing! =)
