I counted up and I believe this is my 6th trip to the Bead Soup Blog Party. I am very, very excited to be paired up with Sandra of Sandra Pendragon Jewelry! Sandra lives in New Jersey, has been making jewelry since she was 13, and has been doing it as her sole profession for going on 4 years. Her jewelry is AMAZING - you can check it out in her Etsy shop, or get to know her by reading her blog.
Despite the ugly winter storm in the north east, she just e-mailed me that she got what I sent her. I am away this week, but am so excited to know that when I get home there will be a package waiting for me from her! Here is the soup I sent her...
Glass pony beads, brown-ish glass drops, African opal (I think) rondelles, wooden cubes...
Wire wrapped clasp I made myself - small lampwork bead, large seed beads, and antique bronze Parawire...
Seed (literally) beads my friend Stella brought me from Brazil, and a Marsha Neal (I am 99% sure) porcelain pendant...
...and some of my own lampwork beads.
I also sent Sandra another group of beads (because I couldn't decide, and really, is there such a thing as too many beads?):
Lampwork by me, lucite links from Beadin' Path, coral lucite and "turquoise" rondelles
Such a delicious-looking soup!
ReplyDeleteLove what you sent her. The clasp is uniquely beautiful and your Lampwork beads are gorgeous. Can't wait to see what Sandra makes with your soup.
